Performance Data — For Every Sport

Test it.
Track it.
Prove it.

PACE runs the fitness testing — sport-specific batteries built for your athletes — and turns it into a performance report your program can actually coach off of.

Currently working with Kelowna United — tracking sessions with OVR Performance gear.

Where every program starts

Fitness testing, written up properly.

Every program starts with testing. The battery is sport-specific — built around what the sport actually demands, not a generic checklist. The result is a report that turns raw numbers into a clear next step: what to train, how hard, and when.

A report a coach can act on by Monday.

Report

Pace testing and monitoring pulls from your actual data, using standardized fitness testing to build a picture of where an athlete is and what they need next. Reports translate that data into plain language — no dashboards nobody opens, just a clear answer on where you sit right now.

Take individual reports to your trainer of choice, or work with us for programming to improve physical qualities.

What our reports look like

Every claim, measured.

One framework,
every sport.

The method — track the session, measure every athlete, hand back a report a coach can act on by the next training — is built for any sport. Football is where the work lives today. Other desks open as the calendar allows.
