Choose the level
that fits the work.
Foundation is the live starting point. The next three programs show where the PACE framework is going — from individual development to the complete club environment.
Foundation
The starting point.
A clear monthly entry into the PACE approach for athletes ready to begin.
Start Foundation →Pro
A full year of development.
Structured testing, programming and review for the athlete who wants the complete plan.
Elite
The highest-touch environment.
Embedded monitoring, reporting and physical development built around the demands of performance.
Club
A squad standard.
Testing, team reporting and season-long support for clubs and groups.
Four ways we turn
data into decisions.
Every program is built from the same four practices. What changes between Foundation, Pro, Elite and Club is how much of each you get — not the method, and not the standard it's run to.
Fitness Testing & Profiling
A standard field battery, run properly and reported against the squad.
- 20m sprint
- Arrowhead left, right & asymmetry
- Broad jump
- Yo-Yo IR1 score & metres
- Percentile and z-score profile
Athlete Monitoring (GPS & Load)
Weekly training and match load, measured against position-specific targets.
- Total distance & minutes
- High-speed running distance
- Sprint distance
- Accelerations & decelerations
- Session attendance & load
Reporting & Dashboards
The numbers written up in language a coach can act on — not a data dump.
- Individual athlete reports
- Squad benchmark report
- Testing-block change tracking
- Position target hit-rate
- Season trend review
Physical Development Programming
Blocks written off the testing data, in-person where it matters.
- In-person development blocks
- 10-week take-home in-season blocks
- Speed, strength & robustness work
- Retest at the end of every block
- Athlete education sessions
Pro
A full year, built around three testing periods.
Twelve months of structured physical development for one athlete: tested three times, programmed in blocks, reported in writing, and reviewed on calls. It is the same shape a professional environment runs — scaled to an athlete who still has school, a club season and a life.
Pricing will be announced when Pro opens. Join the conversation to discuss fit and timing.
- 3 testing periods (pre-season, mid-season, end-of-season)
- Individual report after every testing block
- 3 athlete education sessions
- 2 one-to-one development calls
- August in-person phase — 6 sessions
- In-season block 1 — 10 weeks take-home
- In-season block 2 — 10 weeks take-home
- December block — 8 in-person + 4 take-home
- April–June taper and end-of-season testing
- 01August
In-person build
Six supervised sessions. Baseline testing, movement competency, and the first strength and speed block laid down before the season starts.
- 02September – November
In-season block 1
Ten weeks of take-home programming built to hold speed and strength while the match load climbs. Mid-season testing closes the block.
- 03December
Winter block
Eight in-person sessions plus four take-home. The heaviest development window of the year — the one that changes numbers.
- 04January – March
In-season block 2
Ten weeks take-home, adjusted against the December results and the demands of the athlete's position.
- 05April – June
Taper and review
Load comes down, end-of-season testing goes in, and the year is written up against the baseline from August.
Elite
The highest-touch environment.
An embedded performance partnership for athletes working toward the next level — where testing, monitoring, reporting and physical development are planned as one continuous environment.
- Individual testing battery and performance profile
- Regular GPS and training-load review
- Position-specific targets and trend tracking
- High-touch physical development programming
- Direct review with the athlete and coach
- Season planning built around competition demands
Start with a number.
One-off testing supports the upcoming programs. It gives an athlete or club a useful starting point before a longer engagement begins — without turning it into a fifth program.
- Fitness test
- Full field battery — 20m sprint, Arrowhead left and right, broad jump, Yo-Yo IR1 — with a written profile against squad benchmarks.
- Retest
- Same battery, run again after a block, reported as change: raw delta, percentile shift and z-score movement.
- Team testing day
- A full squad through the battery in one session, with a team report and individual profiles delivered inside a week.
